You play as a youth living with depression.
Each day you must make choices about how to live your life, choices that affect who you are and how you get on with the day. There are two ways to play, one is through a series of tasks that you can complete one by one. The other is to choose from a variety of dialogue choices that lead to different story outcomes.
Each day you wake up and decide whether to go to school or not, and what you will wear. You have to decide what to eat for breakfast and what to eat for lunch. You might want to spend the day visiting a friend or playing video games, or maybe you just want to go to bed early and have a lie-in. As the day progresses you take decisions about your day, such as how to use the ATM, whether to go swimming or not, whether to get up at 6am or go to bed at 8pm. You also have some decisions to make about your mood. If you are feeling happy you might go to the gym, make a friend happy, or maybe even have a cheeky cigarette. If you are feeling sad, you might spend some time with your friends, take a walk in the park, or even talk to your mother.
You also decide what to do in the event of a panic attack.
